A striking glass wall runs the length of the space and opens directly onto the decked roof terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. It's the perfect place to gather with family and friends, enjoy meals together, or relax with a drink while watching the changing coastal scenery. Built with sustainability in mind, the property features an array of eco-friendly technologies. Solar panels, a state-of-the-art battery system, and energy-efficient underfloor heating ensure year-round comfort while reducing environmental impact. We know pets are part of the family, so your furry companions are welcome to stay, with bowls and waste bags provided. A secure garden makes travelling with pets simple, safe, and stress-free. Explore the famous coastal path or visit the Moelfre Lifeboat station and Sea watch centre to learn about the village’s proud maritime heritage. With several options for eateries in Moelfre and the bordering village of Benllech, you will be spoilt for choice. In the centre of Moelfre you will find Anne’s Pantry café, and next to that you have the Kinmel arms pub where you can go and enjoy a drink with sea views. 5 minutes up the road you will find the stunning village of Benllech, Benllech has a variety of bars, restaurants, cafe's and takeaways. Among the favourites are The Bay Cafe which is just at the end of the road, and has fabulous terrace with incredible views over the bay towards Llandudno.
