Welcome to our cozy, newly built ground floor apartment, designed with a fresh tropical ZEN luxury style. This inviting space offers two spacious bedrooms: the master bedroom features a super-sized king bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has both a double and a single bed, along with a roomy family bathroom right next door. The living room is a comfy retreat with a double-seater single-sleeper sofa bed, a retro arcade machine for some fun, a 55" 4k HDR TV with Nintendo Switch for entertainment, and lovely ambient lighting for a relaxed atmosphere. Netflix is ready for you to use on the TV - just hit the "Netflix" button on your remote ;) Nintendo Switch has a legendary Mario Kart 8 installed. Kids (and the young at heart) will have a blast with the retro Mortal Kombat arcade machine. There is also a secondary 4k HDR 43" TV in the master bedroom :) Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, and induction stove. There are two ample parking spaces available, perfect for large vehicles like trucks or vans. For your convenience, we offer 24/7 self-check-in using a key lockbox. This space is ideal for both leisure travellers and professionals, and there's even a dedicated workspace in the terracotta bedroom for private work sessions.
